TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your access to Automate’s website and services. By using the website, requesting a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you enter into a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
01 / ELIGIBILITY AND SERVICES
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms and, when acting for an organization, authority to bind it. Service scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment terms, and responsibilities will be described in a proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.
02 / ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse the website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, infringe rights, violate law, or use outputs to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials and instructions you provide.
03 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Automate retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, templates, know-how, website content, and brand assets. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables will be defined in the applicable written agreement. You retain ownership of materials you provide and grant us permission to use them as needed to perform the services.
04 / THIRD PARTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Services may depend on third-party platforms, software, or providers governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and any preliminary materials are provided without warranties, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business results.
05 / LIABILITY AND TERMINATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Any liability relating to paid services is limited to amounts paid for the affected services during the six months before the claim. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful conduct, or security risk.
06 / CHANGES, GENERAL TERMS, AND CONTACT
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Questions can be sent to hello@automate.com.
